Trial jobs are invoiced on completion. Once we’re set up as an ongoing contractor for your portfolio, invoicing moves to standard 14-day terms.
Can you provide photos for owner reports?
Yes. Before-and-after photos are taken on every visit, so you’ve got something concrete for inspection reports or owner updates.
