Before starting Gizzi Property Care, I spent over 25 years in customer service, operations and management — roles built on the same fundamentals that matter most in property maintenance: showing up when you say you will, communicating clearly, and taking ownership of the outcome, not just the task.
Starting this business was a natural next step. I saw too many property owners settle for contractors who were hard to reach, vague about what was included, or inconsistent in the quality of their work. Property maintenance shouldn’t be a gamble — it should be dependable, well-communicated, and done to a standard you can trust every single time. That’s exactly what I set out to build with Gizzi Property Care.
